Just a couple of days shy of Thanksgiving, and I find myself playing catch-up with my posts. It's been a whirlwind of activity these past few weeks, so my sincere apologies for the delay. I had grand plans of sharing some fantastic Thanksgiving recipes, but time slipped away from me. Nevertheless, I'm excited to bring you a delightful vegan sweet treat that's incredibly versatile – perfect for muffins, baked donuts, donut holes, bread, and even waffles! Originally crafted with donuts in mind, the recipe took a creative turn. Without further delay, here's what I've whipped up for you! Introducing Banana Bliss Muffins!
