Vegan Aioli Sauce Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Vegenaise (plus a little more if you want a milder flavor)

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)

  • 1 tablespoon avocado oil

  • 1 teaspoon spicy ground mustard

  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: In a medium bowl or the container of your hand chopper/blender, combine the Vegenaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, avocado oil, spicy ground mustard, sea salt, and black pepper.

  2. Blend Until Smooth: Use the hand chopper/blender to grind and mix the ingredients until the aioli is smooth and well combined.

  3. Taste and Adjust: Taste the aioli and adjust the seasoning as needed, adding more salt, lemon juice, or garlic according to your preference. If the aioli is too strong, add a little more Vegenaise to mellow the flavor.

  4. Chill: Transfer the aioli to a container and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld together.
