  • What Is Your Refund Policy? Damaged Or Lost Orders?
    My production partners bring my designs to life using only the highest-quality materials, sourced from ethical brands and suppliers that comply with labor, environmental, and safety standards. The print quality is the best in the industry, using colors that are vivid and match the artist’s original designs and artwork as closely as possible. Plant Based Flex products are fulfilled responsibly and packaged with care, to ensure the Customer’s complete satisfaction. Unfortunately, I do not offer refunds on the items because of the time it takes to produce each item. However, if the item or items have been lost or damaged in shipping, please contact me immediately, so I can help you right away.
  • What Is Your Exchange Policy: Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items?
    Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 5 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Plant Based Flex does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. Customer hereby agrees that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
  • What Is The Cancellation Policy? Short Term Cancellation Refund?
    If you cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, I'll go ahead and process a full refund for you at no charge.
  • Custom and personalized orders:

  • What Is The Standard Processing?
    Printed Merchandise: Orders placed will be shipped out within 3-7 business days upon receipt of payment, provided products and materials are available for production. The average order fulfillment takes 2-5 business days for all production techniques. Custom orders may take longer depending on how elaborate the design. Note: Delivery time is only an estimate, not a guarantee. Made To Order: Orders placed will be shipped out within 7 to 14 business days upon receipt of payment, and approved terms of the order. Customer orders take longer depending upon the size of the order. Digital Products: Orders placed are available for immediate download upon receipt of payment. Digital downloads are available for a limited time only.
  • Standard Shipping:
    All Items shipped in the US are shipped with Fedex Ground or USPS Priority, and other known and verified carriers. Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions, or harsh weather conditions, can result in delayed deliveries. Nonetheless, I work hard to meet the delivery estimates with each order. If for some reason your purchase gone past the standard delivery time, and no notification has been sent, please contact me right away for assistance.
  • When The Wrong Address Is Provide, Or A Shipment Is Unclaimed:
    Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. Customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address (if and as applicable). Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility, customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to customer (if and as applicable).
  • International Shipping:
    International shipments may incur additional customs fees and import taxes depending upon destination country. The fee may vary depending on Customer’s order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. We have no control over this, so please check with your local postal office before ordering so there are no surprises. The Customer is responsible for any fees that are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer. **Guaranteed dates are for shipping date only, NOT a guarantee of delivery. Once item is accepted into USPS system, we are no longer liable for date of delivery. Express shipments to Europe require a contact phone number. Customer will make sure to provide one at checkout. CURRENTLY PLANT BASED FLEX DOES NOT OFFER SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.
